Town Board Meetings
A public hearing will be conducted to inform citizens and solicit public input, written or oral, regarding the Town of Iliff's Water System Improvements prject. A Project Needs Assessment (PNA) was prepared in conjunction with the funding agencies. The PNA provides project details for the Town's Water System Improvements project. The PNA includes project necessities, alternatives, components, and how the project will be funded. The PNA was submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to qualify the Town of Iliff for a State Revolving Fund Loan. The location of the project improvements, the project description, projected costs, funding sources, and environmental issues are to be discussed at a public meeting to be held on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Iliff School Modular, 405 W 2nd Ave, Iliff, CO 80736. A copy of the PNA is available at the Town office, for public review prior to the hearing.

Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, in the preschool modular, at 6pm.
